i've used Mon Petit Placement for a few different things, and my Investissement Immobilier has been pretty consistent, giving me about 8.2% annually so far. it's way easier than setting stuff up with like Nalo or something. the only small thing is their referral system can be a bit confusing to track sometimes, but otherwise, totally reliable.
